It's up to you, to decide how to take the punch
You can sit there, moan, cry and worry, or you can take control of the situation and steer it in a different direction. It's up to you.
It's okay to be stressed and sometimes feel defeated, so long as you understand that at some point you have to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again (yes, that is a reference to Nat King Cole's Pick Yourself Up).
A reminder to me, and you - when you fall into the rut remember these three things:
